LLB. First Year: Do it like a brother, do it like a dude.

The end of our first year of LLB.

We have struggled together throughout the year, cramping up 8-9 girls in a room for four. And together, we shall succeed!

One year down. Three more to go.

And these here, are my pillars of strength.
My lovely friends.
Lovely?
I certainly love them.
With all my heart.

Looking forward to the next 3 years with them.

It's amazing how many friends I've made over the year(s).
I love each and every one of them.
My classmates, my debate mates (debate? YIKES!), my karaoke mates as well as my futsal friends.
Yes. Futsal. I still play futsal.

I haven't written much over the years on what's really going on. The birthday parties, the futsal tournaments and injuries, the internship with Yayasan Sime Darby and 1MDB as well as the debate tournaments...it can go on and on. It's a whole year's worth of a story.

But know this, I could never have made through it all without them. My best friends, my darlings, my baby-girls...

...and these two:

Sometimes, I flashback to us. And all the happiness that we held. But the perfect picture starts to distort. And I, confused.

I was standing there.
Hoping.
For my sake.
For my sake.
You would.

I was standing there.
Wishing.
Praying.
For my sake.
For what you have owed to me.
You would.

I knew better.
I knew better than to just stand there.
I knew better than to ask you.
I knew better than this.

 But I thought,
no,
I wished,
that you had a heart.
And that, for once.
In your life.
 You would.

 You didn't.
